i wil be providing 16 session per month which include functional training,crossfit, strength abd conditioning,TRX,HIIT and Strength weigh training.
i will be providing both online and offline classes for both body weight or with equipments.i wil be providing science based workout plan and nutrition for my clients and reach there goal. my training regime is to get urself into overall fitness starting from strength excerise,endurance training,speed and performance training and i wil be providing nutrition plans for sustainable thought your life not an crash diets i will teach each and every aspects about nutrition and guide you for healthy lifestyle.
