I'm looking for someone to occasionally assist at times when I'm not available, and in areas where my knowledge is not as good as it needs to be. It may need more than 1 person to assist with these different skill sets, but the more of them you have, the better (please let me know which ones you're best suited to):
Server admin (our internal and client servers include Windows, Ubuntu VPS, unRAID)
FreePBX
Web/graphic design/Wordpress
Desktop Windows, Mac, and networking support
As I don't have enough continual work yet to hire a person for a set amount of hours each week, I understand that you would mostly work for other clients. So I don't expect you to be available to work 24/7, but I would appreciate someone who can respond regularly to chat or calls, so that we can work out which one of us will attend to the job, and when it can be done. This is especially important for the times when it might be urgent.

I am best suited for web and wordpress. I can use AJAX, SQL properly and made some simple plugin in wordpress. I have made a custom wocommerce theme on my own.
