Project Speed - Host -> ISP -> Data Center (VPS) -> Other Date Center (VPS)

Project Speed: What is this project about: Establishing a reliable and fast VPN Connection for Mainland China to access international webpages with v2ray. What should be done: Host -> ISP -> Data Center in China (Alibaba Cloud) -> Data Center in Germany (IONOS) Your task: The goal is that all traffic will be routed towards the Data Center in China; here the Alibaba Cloud and then through the VPN in Germany so that a german IP is obtained. 1. Set up the Data Center on Alibaba Cloud, choose the correct server 2. Set up the connection through the Data Center on Alibaba Cloud in China to the VPN in Germany with the v2ray protocol 3. Write down every step into a word document so I would be able to set this up by myself by using the "Terminal" of my macbook. 4. If many steps are required to install software on Alibaba Cloud and the german server please write a script so when I follow up to do this by myself it's easy and convenient. Time Goals: 1. Please work reliable and in a fast matter of time 2. Be available after to discuss on how this is working and on how I can do this by myself 3. Be available for maintenance after. The "Milestone" for "Maintenance" can only be released 4 weeks after the initial setup. The "Milestone" for "Setting up Alibaba Cloud and Establish Connection through the Cloud with the german VPN" will be released after the job is completed. The "Milestone" for "Setting up instructions for Mac-Terminal" will be released after it's provided and I were able to successfully do it by myself. The "Milestone" for "Writing a script" can only be made and released if a script is needed. Thanks
