Re size or make new header for new website

I'm building a new website and need a header. I enclosed a zip file that has 4 photo's that can be used in the header. I've also enclosed an existing header with the same photo's as that are in the zip folder. My new website is for people wanting to be a heavy equipment operator and anything to do with heavy equipment. It's not that I don't like the header I have....I was just curious to see if anyone could give my site a catchy look....something that would make my visitors feel welcome and at home. If I can't find a better header than the one I have now....I will need the one I have resized....how much for resize and or make a new one?
