Payment Provider Fix Magento

We need to do some minor fixes to our payment provider plugin "DineroMail" in our Magento Store: - Something is wrong with the order status. When the customer makes an order the staus does not change and the store does not send the confirmation email. - Some of The atributes are wrong. The order ID on the data collected by the payment provider is wrong. For example the order ID is 100003837 and the payment provider receives 3839 (+2???). - We are not able to use discount coupons since the payment provider receives the order total without the discount. This is really simple and we need to solve it ASAP.
