I have almost Ten years of experience in the Management Industry. I spent the bulk of those years working in Independent groups. I’m often chosen to head up projects a big chunk of thanks to my excellent communication skills plus experience on these types of Industries. I’m most proud of the work and experience I have on my former organization. My task was to head up our Marketing and Operations Team with additional skill sets such as Account Management and Project Management. My work involved coordinating with the CEO to find possible clients for the Business, and to come up with solutions that would assist the growth of the Company. The end goal was to create a harmonious working relationship and make sure the Service Level we provide to the Clients are at Par with the KPIs set for every Department. I spearheaded a coordinated approach to the project. I headed operations and overseeing ALL departments such as Sales, Marketing, Data Research, Telemarketing and Digital Marketing.
