Top real estate investor needs phone help! You are needed to make out-bound calls to warm prospects who have indicated to us that their home is for sale. There is no cold calling involved, and these people want to speak with you. A script will be provided, and you will enter the answers to the questions you ask them into an online form that we have designed to make your job as simple as possible. No selling is involved, but you must be pleasantly persistent in getting ALL of the answers to the questions we provide you. Sometimes, you may need to work a little harder to persuade your prospect to provide you the answer you require. Again, this must be done in a pleasant, but persistent manner. To be successful in this position, you need to be graciously assertive. You must speak native English, must have no accent. Must be friendly over the phone. You will have a STABLE, hard-wire internet connection (no wifi), and a headset to make VOIP calls to Canada, from your QUIET work environment. No animals or children or other distracting noises from the background will be accepted.
