Make a Business Plan and Analysis to New Cafe and Restaurant Concept in Vietnam

Vietnam has a wide range of coffee beans harvested from corner to corner of Vietnam. Vietnam has a different style of cuisine that even foreigners enjoy to eat. This project shall incorporate Vietnamese goods and few foreign foods that will make the restaurant full all day. My client wishes to open a new cafe and restaurant in Vietnam targeting tourists and medium-high class Vietnamese. This has to be a very new concept in Vietnam; if with existence, it may be rare to find. I need a complete business plan and with market research. It should also contain a branding that will attract the Vietnamese. This branding should help our architecture, interior design, marketing tools, etc. to design. I need to see some figures and analysis. It should propose a restaurant size and potential location (may not be the exact location). I have the initial concept and you shall develop this concept or provide something better.
