Optimize design of capsule via simulation, CFD

Brief describe how you would go about executing the simulation. Hi, I need more information i.e. particle size and number, to choose the type of multiphase flow (Eulerian/Lagrangian). I will use Fluent and if you have liquid phase I would consider using LES. I use ICEM for meshing and moving mesh for rotation. Please review my proposal for further info.
