FBA inventory scout and ordering tool

Currently I am able to produce data for scouting out what books to purchase for my FBA store. I am looking for somebody to help me build up on order based whether I have item in stock or not, how many of that item I have sold over period of time. If I don't have in stock would like to order based on the sales rank and movement over time. Other factors of course such as profitability, etc. I currently bring all this back in MS Access by appending my scouting results but looking to automate the decision making process by downloading Amazon fulfilment reports showing sales over last 365 days etc. Those that are able to do what I want will understand what I am getting at in my brief here. Must be familiar with Amazon FBA reports and good at data analysis from multiple sources and bring together to help build an order list from existing stocklist. Familiarity with Amazon sales ranks and how they work in the book industry would be a super bonus.
