Can not sent and receive emails in exchange server 2013

I have over 15 years system administration experience with a number of distributions of linux / unix and windows server, working for a large number of blue chip companies here in the UK. I have a good experience in configuring the Exchange server, I administer a few such servers. I will need access through TeamViewer or Remore Desktop to check all the settings of domain and dns.
