Andriod App

Hi i need Andriod App for this iframe <iframe src="[login to view URL]" width="400" height="500" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes"></iframe> A request for you would be that this app should open in Photon Browser in Andriod phone. But if User does not have Photon browser it should give him a message that photon browser is necessary to use this application so if user agrees he should be redirected to download and install photon web browser in play store/ Appstore than after installing photon browser if user opens our app it should open in photon browser. Why Photon browser? its because This is live streaming app so photon browser does support flash streaming from their browser. So what you need to do is give me is the app for andriod and i'll do the publishing with my accounts on Play store. Do let me know if you can do this and No Milestones please will only pay after you can complete the work as requested.
