Make a photo and video gallery app

Hi, I would like to create apps about my photography and videography galleries videos are uploaded on vimeo and youtube. I have no problem to work these from the source and the photos on the gallery i need to upload them in categories sorted by keywords and main categories. , like horse riding, showjumping, horse riding holidays, racing etc so once the application open select the language, spanish , english, french > can this be done auto translate in the application? then select video library or photo galleries then under photos , categories or under videos categories also they can save the photos on there phone or share it via other apps on the phone or set it as wall paper on the phone also updates notification if there is new photos added or new video uploaded on vimeo or youtube This is the application. news, events calendar, articles, donate and support linked to paypal. please see the attached images which is explain how i want the application, mostly like app called zedge. now the money making : i need to place good advertising on the application back in profits so i expect who handle the project have back ground and example of running apps that make money , please advice and let me know the cost until here and what you request from my side to do , i have server on go daddy . the application will not be linked to the website only by it self.
