Simple website based Android and IPhone app template - repost

Let me explain what i want... - I want 4 source code templates 2 templates for each OS - The first template will be a 10 page app that get's it's content from 10 website urls - the second template will be a 10 page app that gets it content from 10 html files - I want both templates for both Android and iPhone - all templates need to be in accordance with android and iphone developer guidlines - all templates need to be compatible with all android and iphone versions - i want an ongoing arrangement whereby I pay you $5 to 'compile' all four templates at a time. - you will only get paid in full when I am satisfied and have all the files - $50 maximum bid - $10 milestone only This is only 2 hours work at most
