Oi! Você não precisa de um mac pra postar teu app na appstore da Apple. Eu possuo um iMac mas através de pesquisas recentes cheguei a conclusão que usando máquinas virtuais com o Mac OS é possível SIM publicar o apk com as certificações e tudo que é necessário. Se tu procurares no google por "how to publicar apk app store without mac" vai achar várias soluções, a que eu pessoalmente achei mais simples foiousar MacinCloud e instalar PhoneGap Build dentro desta maquina virtual e enviar o teu apk através dele.
