Create a Unity3D plugin to access mach_time functionality with Xcode

You will be required to create a simple plugin for Unity 3D (5.3+) that will allow accurate time capture using mach_time. The project will then be exported to xcode and used with iOS applications. Its should allow easy calling of a function to capture mach_time and store in a variable as and when required, so that the variables can be compared to find the time difference accurately. Time capture needs to be independent of frame rate, and accurate to 0.1 milliseconds. UI buttons will be used to call the function, so event system will be required and again must be frame rate independent.
