I've already developed this kind of application which is not released yet. I've experience in Android and iOS development. I've understand your requirement. I'll add the functionality using which they can take photos using their camera or from gallery (a option will be there in case if they like) and then they'll able to share the image/images on their preferred social network. A list of applications like Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp etc will be shown to the user and he/she will select the app based on his/her preference.
