iOS App - FB Login Failure & Content Duplication to be fixed

I have an iOS App that has two issues to be fixed. 1) FB login is failing (Not sure its an issue at App or Webservices. Need your help fixing it) 2) Also there is content download function for offline access. Problem is when user clicks on content then App doesn't make it unavailable for further download, especially if previous download didn't fail. And as a result, each time user clicks on it, same file gets downloaded multiple times. Need your help fixing these small issues and uploading it to Apple Store. Apple guys are waiting for the FB login issue to be fixed before they can launch it. Provide your FIXED PRICE quote in INR.
