iPhone/iPad App

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. Experienced IOS and Android APP Game Developer with awesome graphic design skills. Looking for an App developer with proven track record in IOS and Android, with awesome graphic design skills to create a game. The game will require users to shoot selected targets using the two weapons on either bottom corner to shoot at people targets. When target is hit the head falls off the person and blood shoots from the body. The player receives a point for each kill. The game will have varying backgrounds and targets which the user can select, both free and paid choices will be available to users (10 paid target packages x3 Targets), Limited use of one weapon ability to purchase (reload) ammunition. Backgrounds can be purchased or unlocked when scores reach a certain level. Game is to be linked to Apple Game Center. APP Requirements • Dynamic Nag screen – to cross advertise other apps when app is first launched • Notifications to encourage users back to the app. • Ability for other apps to play music in the background/ as well as weapons sound affects • Banner add at top of game screen. (I-ad/) • 5 second full page add at completion of each game (I-ad?) • Link to Apple Game Center • Link to share score on Facebook/Instagram.
