We are building an app that will go on an iPad, provided by us to every facility that signs with us as a staffing agency. Instead of them having to bounce e-mails back and forth or deal with phonecalls to our company (or other staffing agencies) we want to do it all via an app with a clean, easy user interface where they can go in, select the shift, the requirements of the nurse, etc. Then, based on the skills checklist we will be putting together, have that request go to the app installed on the phone of every nurse we employ. The nurses will be notified of the shift and have the ability to accept/decline. Once a nurse accepts a shift, it will send an notification back to the facilitys app account, confirming the shift has been filled, and provide the nurses name, photo, nursing license, TB results etc. to them so they will have them on file in the event they need them for a state inspection. we need genuine reply, no copy/paste cover letter
