I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I would like to develop a small program to simulate the timing of a blast 1: the application will have to manually create a grid (blast pattern) or series of grids  (blast patterns) represented by dots to simulate explosively charged holes 2: the application will have to be able to import a cvs file to create a grid 3: the application must have the ability to add extra points to the grid 4: when a blast is initiated it starts at a designated initiation point (IP), which sets of a chain reaction. Each point ( blast hole ) initiates with a time delay in milli seconds after the first point, this needs to be simulated The time delays need to be put in manually and represented in different colours. 5: if two points (blast holes) initiate at the same time this needs to be shown 6: I need to be able to manually create the sequence and timing so that I can simulate multiple blast patterns 7: the application needs to be able to show the direction that the blast will move which is a simple calculation 8: the application code needs to be able to be locked so that it cannot be changed or stolen 9: once installed onto a device it needs to be locked to that device so that it cannot be copied or stolen (A simular program would be shot pluss [login to view URL])
