Carlton Hi, I would like to work on this project for android APP I have experience in beacon technology and worked on different formats such as eddystone (EID , TLM, URL, and UID), and custom beacons. I have experience with Altbeacon and LE Advertise librarries. I worked with receiver and transmitter or you can say scanning and advertising both. Even I used Raspberry PI for processing of beacons received by different clients APPs. The beacons were encoded to make it secure while transmission in one of the application.
