Full details of project requirement 1. I need to produce a phonegap mobile offline mapping app for the small island of Alderney in the English Channel, N494300 W0021143 2, Two map styles are required, Satellite and one like Open Cycle maps. (advice needed on best maps). The view is switched by the use with a button. 3. Platforms should be at least IOS and Android. Single page app at this stage. [login to view URL] user will download the app from their app store using wifi. Once downloaded the map will be entirely offline 4. I will need to be able to test that it all works properly at this stage. Full source code released to me. 5. I will then finish the project, adding all data, overlays and design work 6. No further input required from you unless I run into problems, when I would like to be able to consult you on an hourly fee basis.
