Upgrade ionic framework and add extra features

Hello, I have three planes for working in attendance app so i need the cost for each one of them and overall cost with the timeline for it so please read carefully the provide very good cost in order to do all at once if possible: Plan01: This is our tasks for current framework ionic 1 attendance app: 1- fix news list when there is no image for it Also display image in it own placeholder to be like Cover mode so it display nice with out empty spaces on left and right. 2- assign image for students from frontend using moderator account to assign only and admin account to assign also reassign again ( we need to take advantage of smart glass scan face to save image for student in order to use it later when we add this scan functionality to smart glass itself - This one we can delay if it will only required ionic 3+ to be used ). 3) student info profile there is two section one for absent list and another for notes here the problem is when parent account login into the app he can not see a list of notes in note section also we have to check this to make sure it own for other account types like teacher & moderators. 4) there is a problem with assign parent to student which effect other schools need to be fix. For example let's say student01 assign parent01 to him in school01 when this student transfer to school02 and his info added the parent01 will still assign to this student which is wrong since he is in another school now so we need to make each school has it own data or better we can prevent student from adding if he has the same studnet id which force us to remove him from school01 first than add him in new school02. Plan02: Work on upgrade ionic framework to use ionic 3+/angular 4+ include offline functionality, add share icon with like icon to news and remove school selection Also improve adding note in student info profile which let the user who post this note rate him too from 0-5 in the same way google play store apps rate added after that it will display an icon represent the student overall rate.
