Hi, Actually It is necessary to have the idea of what actually to implement. But If it is in between small to medium level work dealing with application & web services I would estimate it as mentioned. Just make sure you work with anyone on this task but use Google cloud, it is best & reliable & provides its own hosting for our web services. I have worked on the same using android too.
