I have read your project requirement and as per my understanding on your project you need to develop a app on which the user is able to add scene and background let me explain me the points what i understand for this project :- -In these app the background and and scene are already loaded on database and when we click any video we are able to use that in between the video or in running video . - Also user is able to add text having the option to scrolling it . I am comfortable to develop such kind of video for you but before start i have some query , - Do you need the user will able to edit the video with some transparent video which is already save in database show that it will easily look like original like many image editing application where we will use the pic of transparent animal or ghost on the background of the image show that it will look like original so are you want same ?
