Looking for a XAMARIN form developer that can build an Image control that can allow two floating buttons. That means the image will have two icons on it to: -- Take picture --Upload picture The image control will have a background image of an image with the two floating icons. Has to work in Andrio and IOS.

I think I understand what you are looking for. You want a reusable control that has bound properties for an image and has two buttons on it. The bid is for a sample app that will demonstrate the use of a custom control that operates as described. The control will exist as a xaml and cs source file that can be included in your Xamarin Forms projects. If you want the control in a separate assembly, that would be a bit more effort.
