I believe I can help you with requirements. I know there are code changes on the way the dll are coded when migrating to 64bit machine or Ms Acess 64bit. I have done similar to this before.

Dear Client, I am interested in upgrading your MS-Access database for compatible to 64bit. I am curious which version of MS-Access do you have and on which OS. If it is older database (before MS-Access 2003 with MDB extension) then you can update it to MS-Access 2013/16 format as well. It would be nice if you could share the database with sample data.
