Import json to mysql

What language should be used to write this script? How are files stored? Old files should be deleted/moved after import? I should have working script done in maybe 3 hours

We assume that jaaon structure is same or similar across all users . Script will be created to read Jason file from physical location and will be broken down and inserted in to one or more MySQL tables based on the assumption that jaon will be an associative (multi level with possibally repeating nodes. The script will be setup as a cron to run multiple times a day. We also assume that at times a Jason data set May need to be updated in to an existing MySQL row. Let me know if this solution is accurate.

I have experience on this type of conversion using MySQL 5.7 that introduces JSON format. I could create an script based on the JSON format that insert the records in the DB. It's an exclusive DB work but you may need an UI to upload the file and store it in some JSON column to be processed by the script
