Market Research - Project Management system

The project management system is a platform that is being used as a router for respondents, connecting various sources - online panels, vendors, etc. The system should have options to create list of vendors and list of clients and various details under every client/vendor. Then client is reaching out to us with project request, in case we WIN the project, they will give us Live and Test link to set it up. From our side, the system should be able to generate redirect links. As the methodology of the system is users filling in surveys. So every single user is coming to the platform with Unique user ID, it could be either from our own panel or partner. So every respondent coming from our panel/partner is contacting specific link and comes with ID e.g. "pid=uniqueID1", then the system should remember that ID and generate "rid=uniqueID2" and send it to the client. Once the survey is completed/terminated, the client will return "rid=uniqueID2" to the appropriate status link and we will return the "pid=uniqueID1" to the respective source on the respective status link. Once the respondent has status, he/she is being returned to our Status links, so OurID=2 is returned to our Complete Link and system returns automatically VendorID=1 to Vendor Complete Link. OurID should be automatically generated variable e.g. 10 or 20 symbols mixed characters. For every created project the system should automatically generate our project unique Status Links and for every vendor that is being added to the project, should automatically generate project unique Vendor Live/Test links. Vendor status links, could be predefined in the initial setup and added automatically to every project, but they should have an option to be changed once the vendor is added as some vendors use static some use dynamic links. Then there are other specifics that should be added to the functionality, like targeting and quotas setup, however this needs to be described in more detailed way on a meeting or to be defined in documentation.
