This is project for a school attendance center service. We need a serverless cloud functions/s (either Google Cloud Function / Lambda) that takes a text via a Twilio phone number and sends it to an email address using a transactional email service (either Mailgun / AWS SES). The function/s would know which email to send by looking at a nosql database where emails & phone numbers are connected. My preference is probably Google Cloud, as that seems easier to manage. I've been able to run simple Google Functions in the past - but have never been able to figure out AWS on my own - so I'm a little worried about keeping it up. But I'm open.

I have experience with AWS Lambda, SES and Twilio. I shall deploy python code to AWS Lambda. To store the PhoneNumber-Email mapping, we can use any NoSQL db (preferably a hosted solution such as DynamoDB, Firebase realtime DB, etc)
