Looking for a test application for notebook webcams. program will need to auto-detect if webcam present. if webcam driver is loaded, then MODE1 test should be able to prompt user to record a small 15 second video clip and then save. user will then click a button to playback the video to verify successful recording. after playback, program will prompt user with a "ok" or "not ok". the program should create a text based log file with basic computer specs, and camera info MODE2 - camera will come on. if motion detected within 2 seconds, then exit and write ok. Both modes should provide a simple log file. MUST BE PROGRAMMED AND PROVIDED FULL SOURCE CODE IN VISUAL .NET
