Hello there, after reading your requirement i can understand that you need to do 2 tasks: 1. design the data mart within the star schema in oracle, 2. using the data mart to connect from python to apply some technique and split the data into train and test data and predict the data. To be honest this is different job so it's better that you should split into 2 small job other than the all one. Waiting for your response if interested. Thank you!!!
