Probate solicitor Services; Earn up to £1,600 per month + (£1,045 bonus on performance per month) Fixed price at £80 per project project time: 2-4 hours Working conditions: - Work remotely at a time that suits you - You will report to the company solicitor and they will provide assistance with anything required. Responsibilities; - Building client relationships both over the phone, in writing or over video conference. - Drafting documents such as wills, renunciations, affidavits, inheritance tax forms and statements of truth. - Preparing estate accounts - Preparing briefs to counsel and instructing tracing agents or genealogists where appropriate - Reviewing medical records (this isn’t necessary in probate / will work etc) have you taken it from a PI/medical negligence job? Or is this meant to be a point about capacity? - Billing - Client care - File management Key Skills - You will be 0 - 3 years PQE and have At least 2 years experience in probate, intestacy, estate administration and/or general private client work. - Confident and Diligent\Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - STEP Qualified (or working towards STEP qualification having sat and passed at least 2 of the exams)
