Compile PhoneGap project for iOS

Hello I have a project with html and javascript and I want some one to compile this for iOS with PhoneGap. This could be done simply with [login to view URL], online compiler and builder for PhoneGap. But for iOS it need to provide certificate file, provsioning file and certificate password which I dont have. I need to iOS application. 1. One which simply redirect to a website and has nothing else. 2. Another wich redirect to [login to view URL] file which is tranferred to application memory space. I dont want to put all my project files in application package because my application become so big. I want an application which redirect to files which copied to application memery space. I do this for Android and Symbian but I am not sure that I can do it in iOS, because I dont know iOS programming.
