Simple Page Template & Word press

We're looking to do a simple website like this...(but do not copy theirs and it's for [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] Which means you will need to take a couple of our pictures and delete the background and make them .png or whatever they did. (edit personal photos, delete background) A couple of Silhouette images that I can add/remove from the header will be important also. We'd also like the same theme/template so we can use word press. That way it all looks like the same website. Would also like a simple sales page template...like [login to view URL] but with a world map in the background. Must provide the photoshop or illustrator file. must also be ready to edit in dream weaver and install the theme into word press. SEO friendly as well. Re-create the logo on [login to view URL] it must be at least 300 DPI as it's going on print material ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
