Need an app written in C# or C++ which allows me merge two transparent pngs together and add multiple stroke lines in slected colors. Please follow process here: 1. Load "[login to view URL] onto canvas (c:\folder1\[login to view URL]) 2. load "[login to view URL] onto canvas (c:\folder2\[login to view URL]) 3. option to move [login to view URL] to front or back of [login to view URL] 4. option to add a stroke (outline) and adjust stroke 1 thickness (5 pixels thick) and color i.e. black 5. option to add 2nd stroke (outline) and adjust stroke 2 thickness (15 pixels thick) and color i.e. white 6. click merge output file : will generate new 24bit png on transparent background with both images combined and two outlines around the merged object. note: batch mode should be supported for multiple images
