Photo Editor Needed for Real Estate Brokerage

Our real estate team is seeking an experienced photo editor who can edit, color correct and make our images look their best! Experience with Adobe Lightroom or similar required. Our photographer uses a Nikon camera and takes bracketed exposure photos for maximum quality. The original RAW files are used to create composite images which then need a skillful eye to ensure for color consistency, clear window exposures, occasional removal of objects, lawn replacement, blue sky upgrade, etc. Our style is natural, refined and high-end. Ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a team player, direct and open to constructive feedback that betters the quality of the work. The best person for this position will be able to: - provide quick turn-around times (w/in 24 hours) - have the ability to learn our style - consistently produce quality images that support our brand standards Job duties will include: - retrieving the RAW image files for each property address from a designated DropBox folder and organizing based on individual room shots - editing/color correcting all photos - producing a contact sheet with the finished photos - revising photos (as needed) and delivering new contact sheets through approval - delivering both high resolution (print) and low resolution (web) final images This is a remote work-from-home position. The work load varies based on the season but there are generally 5-15 total home shoots per month with occasional small (3-10 photo) re-shoots to ensure our listing photos are up-to-date.
