Hi, my name is Peter. I live in Philly. I need a digital artist to create a multiple layered moire-effect scene. This scene will consist of two layers. The layers will work together, one on top of one another. What do you mean, two layers? Each moire-effect painting will be printed on clear polyurethane film. Layered on top of one another and put into motion, you get live movement. Now to the even cooler part! I'd really like to see a unique 'cavalry charge'. I drew a rough sketch of the three moire-effect layers I need and uploaded them so you can see how the paintings would work together along with the stripe top. If you like a challenge and are interested in knowing more about what happens after the artwork is done then this is the project for you...
