352246 Image Upload with Progress bar

I am looking for someone to code a Video Upload script. I already have the feature to take a screenshot out of the uploaded file, So the direct upload will need to include this function. I want it so they can upload mpeg/avi etc and they will be converted to a FLV file. ffmpeg is installed on the server and has the codec x264 When they upload a file it will need to show a progress bar of the file uploading to the website. Then once the file is uploaded it may take 1-10 minutes for the server to convert to FLV i don't want the user to have to hold on the same page, This needs to go into a queue and process it while the user can view other parts of the website (This is simalar to youtube, Video goes into processing mode after uploaded) Would like this done in PHP can use Ajax for the progress bar if needed.
