Hello - In summary, we would like to rebuild our current Market Place Mall Directory with newer technology, whereby members/vendors can easily register and setup their own 'stores' within our mall website and upload product images and descriptions, all via a web interface. Our objective for the main mall portion of the site is to provide a Global Marketplace platform where we simply host vendors' stores and we do not process any payments or orders. We will need a billing script to auto-bill each vendor for extra add on's, as well as our Quarterly or Annual membership dues. We will need a flexible shopping cart with a large array of features that can expand as we grow, so that when we want to add new features later on, any programmer will be able to install. --------------WHO YOU ARE DEVELOPING FOR? -------------------------- This is a Global Platform for vendors around the world to sell and or showcase their products and services to a worldwide audience. We will need full Administrative capabilites for control over all aspects of our each member's account, from activiating the shopping cart features, to image uploading and digital sales, etc., As you are reviewing this project, understand that you are creating a script for two types of clients: 1.
