.net 2 wizard 3 asp pages

I finally have successfully installed and gotten the ASP.net 2.0 Club starter kit to work on a hosted environment using SQL server 2005. Whew, what a workout. Started with GoDaddy and it would never work, I switched to webhost4life and now it finally works except part of the smtp functions. I would like to know if someone could create for hire 3 pages for my web site. I have added 3 new tables in my Sql Sever. One for the Club Data One for the membership roles and users, and 1 for my loan application information. I separated the [login to view URL] and the membership data into two tables because I did not know how to make them one. I modified the [login to view URL] file to represent my clients theme. Everything works but the SMTP mail, I thought the mail would be triggered when a new member signed up to the website for application. The only mail that goes out is when I go to the admin pages and manually make the new member role. I have three roles. Administrators, Dealers Guests. What I want is to add 2 pages, 1 page to fill in another application for a loan from the members clients. Based on the information entered it should be set to a status of declined or pending based on criteria I have done on an excel spreadsheet that I would like to incorporate on a postback for this page. Then there should be a page showing a listing of the loans on file and there status, (declined, approved, more information needed, pending) for just the member himself. Then 1 page for the web manager that shows all loan applications for the whole site and their status.
