Pay Per View website

I'm looking for a website/script which creates pay-per-view system for clients - let's say it's movie site, if you want to see the movie, you have to pay for it, single payment, not recurring. Payment gateways should be as easy as possible to implement, with minimum of paypal, egold and moneybookers. Also preliminary web design for movie site is needed. Ah, before I forget, the system must also have working affiliate system, also as automated as possible, even down to affiliate payments.
