Seeking Full Time Sr. ASP/PHP with design experience

I am seeking a full time developer with designer skills. This person would work on a number of projects and receive training on implantation of web analytics. This person would deal with things ranging from joomla, custom crm's, photoshop, php and asp daily, most of my projects are smaller in scale and you will work on multi things throughout the day. Any experience in SEO, AJAX, JS, Flash is a plus but not required! You MUST provide samples of your work. Your photoshop skills must include slicing, designing buttons, recreating templates per other samples. No client interaction is needed. you would work with a lead developer or myself the project manager. Hours are flexible but quality work is required on time.
