Camera Capture

Looking for someone to develop a camera capture system(any type of standard camera that attaches to a pc, be it a snap and capture or web cam...they all have the ability to snap and capture): Point Detail: 1. Capture shot and store as thumbnail image. Give ability to take up to 6 - 8 shots. 2. When taking picture, real-time image (to-be-captured) should be visible on the main form with centering brackets to assist user in taking picture. 3. At click of button, user can click thumbnail and view image. 4. Comparison of multiple pics in one view. Either 1, 2, 3 or 4 at once. When one image is double-clicked...it should enlarge to a normal size image (I was thinking 640x480), as we will be require a minimum resolution of 800x600. 5. Ability to save image as bmp and jpg (if possible) 6. Standard / Simple picture categorizing options - brightness - contrast 7. Ability to capture and save live video feed as *.avi file (seleciton of codec would be nice) 8. Zoom feature (2x, 3x or 4x) 9. Print feature (may be held off until phase 2) Requirements: 1. Can be developed in either C++ or Visual Basic 6.0 or higher. 2. Must work with ALL major brands of cameras. 3. Must work on ALL 32-bit versions of Windows, assuming deployment of any dependency files is dones properly. 4. Provide test cases on various platforms to ensure proper functionality 5. Application must work with web cam or still image camera with video streaming 6. Must be resolution independent. Therefore any controls or functionality must resize depending on target machine screen resolution. ## Deliverables Deliverables: 1. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3. Provide any dependcy *.ocx, *.dll or other system/core files 4. Assistance if needed (by email only if necessary). 5. Any other file or notice needed for proper distribution across all 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows. ## Platform Windows 32-bit (Win95 to WinXP). Internet Explorer v5.0 or higher will be on target system already.
