hello we are a small company and we want to create an sms center, that we will use for bulk sms messaging. we need full support and guidance as we are new to this field, so we need an overall bid about: a) what will be need to deplaoy this proejct (hardware, software and prices for each one so we know how will it cost us) b) a price for your services appart from the cost of all the hardware and software we will need c) describe us what we need to do to acquiare an smsc (e.g. do we need to talk with a mobile carier company? is there another way?) d) try to keep your bids as low as possible and also please specify the days that you will need. **we do not want a bulk sms application, we do not want a bulk sms aggregator platform, we need a complete SMSC
