Drupal Website Troubleshoot

This is a very small project and can be done in a very small time if the right experienced drupal developer wins it. I have a drupal website, using a them called "Converge" i have customised it to some extent. I need help with the WYSIWYG editor. I am fairly new to drupal and have big issues with the HTML filter stripping most of the tags, most importantly the images i insert aren't coming up and also the styling isn't working either. I have been trying for ages to get it to work, i have wasted too much time and am happy to pay someone to configure it for me. Tasks to be completed. 1. Configure the WYSIWUG editor & Filters so that all styling and images work when adding or changing content. If you could point out where the errors were for future reference. 2. Change the Image slider to use the Jquery slider instead of the kwicks slider. 3. Last thing i want to change is the image used in background behind the slider (Black/Silver). So if you could point me in the right direction as to where i can change that bacground image file in the CSS or theme settings. One last thing. Backup the website, i have made a copy but you also need to do the same just incase.
