How to keep track of the path of supermarket carts/ trolleys and analyze this data

We would like you to develop a device / software applet able to do the following: • Keep track of the path of supermarket carts/ trolleys and register their route. • Keep record of the time the supermarket carts/ trolleys spends in front of every shelf. • Generate and maintain a historical record of the information obtained and reveals tendencies. • Preferably with an online /real time monitor of the supermarket cart’s path. • Quickly spread capability to more supermarket carts as well as different locations. • Friendly and simple interface. • Can be based on radio frequency systems. • IMPORTANT: It should have a very small (centimeters) error range since it will be located indoors and we need location accurateness. ## Deliverables We also require: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done: Very Applicable 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): Very Applicable a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment: Non-Applicable b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request: Very Applicable 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
