PHP Pipe expert - parse email data

Hi I am creating my own support ticket system, I have setup almost everything and everything is working fine, I can fetch message,subject, and from address.. but when I fetch body message.. I get lots junk characters.. This is really easy job if you know what are you doing.. I just need to parse email, remove junk data..headers.. and just keep user input... User can use any email provider like gmail, hotmail or yahoo.. and all email providers has their own junk headers.. so keep this in mind I need to see demo first.. you can show me demo in your server I don't mind.. I can give you access to my server to if you would like to see the code.. I can even show you.. a third party script which doing same thing.. they are using pop3 method and using pipe both.. if you can do this too than also fine.. like people reply via email, email goes to pop3 account, our script fetch latest email, parse it and than decide what to do according to the subject, sender etc.. I can give you my pipe code too if you would like to look at it... Please let me know..
