Expired/Deleted Domain script/website

Looking for a programmer with experience creating an expiring domain script. The script should: - auto-update and scan the domains for popularity - alexa rank - PR - Fake PR - linkpop - overture - dmoz - creation date - drop date - wayback results - dictionary support - multiple languages and domain extensions. Results should be sortable (on Date, pr etc.) and exportable to at least csv file format. Members should be able to sign up for keywords they want to monitor, the system should send emails to notify when domains meeting criteria are met. The system should identify the best domains using some algorithm. Different levels of membership could dictate the limit of features available. We are also adding the ability to receive an SMS message when your criteria are met. We have the gateway script at hand, it should need implementation and the admin to take care of credits (e.g. plan A has the ability to receive X messages etc.). Obviously, this should all be managed through an admin interface. Note: I copied some of the wording of this project from a job posting on SL, as the script he discribed was almost identical as mine and i could not have explained it any better. If he/you are offended by doing so, please let me know and I'll rewrite. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
